We got a 3-3 draw on opening day after being given the runaround first half. We went in 1-0 down but it should've been more.
2nd half We battered them and they got a great 3rd goal but we should've been out of sight.

I'm less anxious about these 'big' games than I am about some of the lesser lights tbh. The lesser lights will try and disrupt, time waste and sh1thouse - the 'big' teams may well actually have a go, which might work well for us. [Post edited 13 Sep 2022 22:34]

Games like tonight and Accrington are the bread and butter matches that have killed us in recent seasons. Win those and the stronger opposition games become less pressured. I fancy our chances on Saturday. But I’d take a point.

Yep exactly that. It's a far different game to last seasons when we went there needing snookers to have any chance of getting in the play offs. It's not a game that'll define our season and there is more pressure on them than us to win it. I think we could well do so though. | | | |

I have a feeling our first defeat will come within the next 3 games. If we get 4 points from them I think that’s a decent return and would cap off a really good start of the season.

Bolton was a proper test. They are one place behind Sheff Wed and we outplayed them for 70mins and conceded from a penalty.
