As I've said before, the PL only benefits the players, agents and club owners. There's nothing "beneficial", cost wise, to the average fan. Ticket prices are waaay OTT for 90mins entertainment and many fans on average incomes simply won't be able to afford to watch their team. The hard economics of Town's promotion will unfortunately start to hit home all too soon for many of us I think. |  |

But have you seen where you have to sit when you buy the cheapest tickets? You're half way to the tube station.
Season tickets in the cheapest sections are £345 for adults, which is only just over 6 times more than the price of watching the Man City game. Cheapest on the day for a 17 year old is £55 for the Man City game, versus £109 for a season ticket in the same place. They're basically telling teenagers (And kids) we don't want you if you're only going to come to the odd game. |  | | |
