What are you on about ryorry I'm well aware there's negative in this thread the OP was negative so that's a given.
But you says it's irritant of me to ask you to link previous posts. I think it's fair to ask. You all are bemoaning my posts saying they are solely negative. A stain on the forum etc etc. I've had the volume of posts brought up yet none of you can share the stream of negative only posts. It's because it's untrue. So much so there were replies from some qtrs of. Oh I like this new frimmers. Etc etc. So I've no issue people not liking this thread. But I don't like the lies that go with it.
What you've all seen is what I'm happy to go with is I post a mix of posts. That's not illegal. It's not against the terms of the forum. And as I said if there was a problem. Phil would have pmed me and told me so as was our agreement when I came back last year.
So. Yes I know there's negative in this thread. I agree to that. But after yesterday I wasn't going to post a positive post as I was bloody annoyed. Was the op ott yes. I knew that hence my 2nd post within in.

It’s 100% true and you know it, so you’ve now downright lied, as well as posting defamatory comments about KM (that he’s not even trying to win games any more etc. - plainly ridiculous).
I didn’t say you were “a stain” or upvote those comments as I thought they were going too far; have defended and upvoted you sometimes in the past where merited, but I’ve lost all respect for you now. A genuine poster would have held their hand up and admitted they got it wrong.
One of the definitions of a troll is deliberate wasting of others’ time, so I’m not going to waste mine looking up and linking hundreds of your entirely negative football posts - any neutral or newbie can do that for themselves if they want evidence.
The positive feedback re the “nice new Frimmers” that you quoted was from two people about a *non-football* post - which is not what we’re talking about here - as you well know. |  |

I thought i'd responded calmly after that too, I wasn't being rude about KM despite what people are thinking, I just don't see at the moment someone trying everything to win games, that's on me, that's my belief, I don't see anyone feeling the same, im not asking them too, i'm just frustrated as seeing the same thing tried every game and no positive action. I think the issue is some of us, and I will admit it myself, are perhaps seeing it from a Football Manager game point of view. Let's just change the style of play from Positive to Balanced. Let's just add another midfielder. Let's just play through the middle rather than using the wings. That will help.
Just because we cannot see a visible change, a switch formation or certain substitutions, doesn't mean McKenna is not trying everything not to win games. But he is trying with the limitations of what he has available in terms of talent and fitness. For all we know he tried three at the back and/or three in central midfield in training and we struggled badly, so he doesn't want to use it in a match scenario, particularly when we're winning.
As others have said about yesterday, other than Delap being absolutely shattered, from the 70th minute mark, it looked like Bournemouth had shot their bolt. We weren't on top but had enough control to limit their chances to almost nothing. The first two changes came six minutes before the equaliser. He's been criticised before for being too attacking in certain scenarios, but he has also been criticised for being too defensive.
I personally would like to see changes to the way we set up. I think our current system has been found out. But just because McKenna disagrees doesn't mean he's not trying to get everything out of this squad to achieve a win. And that allegation is what is annoying people now, more than the OP. | |

Some people claim these things with such certainty I assume they are living in an alternate universe when they've actually seen these things play out.

Against Man U, our pressing patterns changed after the first sit down to ensure Bruno wasn't getting as much time on the ball - there are some fantastic analsysis threads on Twitter showing how complicated our set ups are - to go back to Football Manager, this isn't 'plug and play' |  |
