I’ve heard from a source close to the club (I can’t disclose who it is, or apparently I’ll be shot. Seems a bit harsh to me, but some people can get touchy). Anyway, back on topic, it seems that the reason there is a delay is that his agent really isn’t a Michael Jackson fan. Yeah it’s fair to say him not being present tomorrow doesn’t particularly mean he isn’t signing but fair to point out I think Brioadhead and Hirst were at the game before they signed.

Posted in the other thread that I recalled it took ages for Villa to confirm the signing in the summer. Just checked online and the media were reporting that JP chose Villa ahead of us on 12th July, but move was only confirmed a week later on 19th July. Be patient everyone! | | | |
