Can’t imagine he’ll want a relegation on his CV. Love it.

Bailing after about 10 games isn’t great for your CV either.

Especially as everyone in the game knew what a mess Leicester were financially

They are royally screwed financially, things are toxic amongst their fans towards the Director of Football and some have forgotten how King Power /Vichai/ Top saved them and are wanting Top out. Suspect they'll struggle next year in the Champ.

Maybe Forest will end up buying their world-class training ground, would be hilarious.

I’m surprised RVN is diving out of the job so quickly. But then he’s good at diving.

As for his CV, as manager he doesn’t have much of one.

If he clears his stable, picks up his nosebag and trots off I suggest they go for Rooney.

Or Paul Hurst. Him and Deputy Doig will get them going.

How about windbag Lambert? He played for Dortmund and Celtic, but he doesn’t like to mention it being a modest man.

I have had a tour of their training facility and it really is amazing. Their hospitality package is amazing as well. Way too classy for the Championship. After relegation some conglomerate will step in for the whole kit and kaboodle at a bargain price and ‘save the day’.

What's this about Lambo playing for Dortmund? Mind blowing, if true.

I'm one of the people who was blamed for getting Paul Cook sacked. PM for the full post.

He's only got Spurs next, so should give him another weeks breathing space.

Perhaps Ruud Van Shergar will swap jobs with Postechristmascard who can’t have much time left at Spurs.

Can someone check in on that Leciester podcast where they said we'd regret not sacking McKenna so we could have appointed the diving git before they did?

The desire for some fans to put down other clubs is amazing. I know there are trolls on other forums putting us down, wishing us the worst. But do we really need to do this. Van the man was a superb player but as we know it doesn't follow that great players make great managers. Let's just stick to the task in hand for Town and stop nit picking about other clubs.

He dived and cheated us out of points. Never forgiven. To quote the best ever film baddie Khan in Star Trek 2

The pinkun did a thread taking the p*ss after Lamberts recent interview, example below :

Not sure if anyone knew this, but Paul Lambert once played for Borussia Dortmund. Apparently he marked Zinedine Zidane out of the game in the European Cup final.

Anyway, thank goodness he's finally broken his silence on that period of his life

It’s a bit like budgie fans constantly talking about good they think they are and somehow this misguided notion that they are a big club.

I completely disagree with this.

One if the things that makes football fun is the rivalries between teams. Of course it's nonsense, but it's what adds an edge to things, it's why we end up watching all the other results more closely in the run in to the end if season, why we ended up with a derby game feel when we played Bolton or Sheffield utd in the 90s.

Football isn't played in a bubble with just our team in it, and treating it that way is odd.

I was born underwater, I dried out in the sun. I started humping volcanoes baby, when I was too young.

They could go as a double act. Obviously Rooney isn’t as well known and in no way can compare his playing career with juggernaut I marked Zidane into oblivion Lambert, but I’m sure they’d get on - once Wayne worked out how to use the video recorder.

Yes, plenty of options. They could even give Russell Martin a go. He’s managed in the Premier League and has a Premier League beard too.
