He did get sent off against us didn't he just after the whistle but that shouldn't matter. He had his 3 games reduced to 2 on appeal. Actually I might just be thinking of Ait-Nouri but even done retrospective can't see why it would differ .

I had a look back, Ait-Nouri was sent off in the tunnel after the game, Delap was also given a yellow. Cunha wasn't punished until he was charged afterwards.
You'd hope sense will prevail and they'll extend his second ban, but technically this is his first red card. | | | |

Suarez was banned for 4 months for biting. This isn’t far off, but that would be a dream scenario for us and highly unlikely. I have little faith in the FA to recognise the severity given less that a red card punishment was given for him attacking one of our staff. I expect just the 3 match ban, but we’ll see. | |

It WILL be 3 minimum this time as he got sent off for violent conduct. He didn't get sent off in our game, it was just an FA investigation after. A red for violent conduct holds at least a mandatory 3 game ban. | | | |

West Ham's Kudos received a 5 match ban for 'violent conduct' against Spurs - Cunha's crime was a kick to a player on the ground, a punch, a headbut, refusal to leave the pitch and he had to be restrained by Wolves staff which must be a 5 game ban taking into account his discipline history. I think Wolves 5th game from now is against us. | | | |
