I agree that outside the Premier League would be a better time to press on but I think Ashton has said that expanding the West Stand by 5k would mean that people can move over from the Cobbold when it gets demolished. Guessing that won't happen this season but potentially in the next 2-3 years. |  | | |

Improve the fetid shthouses behind West Stand, depending on any planned development.
Look for ways of improving the fanzone, that’s clearly popular including perhaps planning a permanent building instead of the mouldering marquee that could include the rotting ticket collection offices, subject to planning permission etc.

Appreciate the ticket office portacabin and fanzone marquee haven't been a priority, but it can't be long before these are replaced.

We went on a stadium tour at the weekend, and one of the improvements that was mentioned was that the current main car park would be moved to the Staples site, to allow the Fanzone to be expanded.
I would hope that this would include the provision of a more suitable structure for the bars etc., | |

The Nest at Notts County, was a good example for what could be done with our fan zone, and probably wouldn’t cost too much.
It would also be a good venue for the World Cup games in the summer of 2026. |  | | |

Hopefully taking out the exec boxes and installing safe standing in the West stand middle tier.
Not happening obviously but I'd get rid of all exec boxes and permanently ban anyone who complained. |  |
