JET on his day, was absolutely unplayable at any level. Sadly, he didn't have many days.
Incredibly naturally talented player. First time I saw him he was 16 and came on for Arsenal's reserves in a game at Barnet. His power even at that age and technical ability was outstanding. Sadly not able to ally that to workrate, not enough for Mick McCarthy anyway, and never seems to have settled at any club he's been at.
Back to the main story, what a waste of talent. Most of us would give anything to have his skill, but he doesn't seem to have had the application (or perhaps the right mentorship) and has now thrown it all away by choosing to be a drug smuggler FFS. You could almost understand that 'career' path if you had nothing else going for you, but with a bit more effort he could've had a very succesful career as a footballer and not needed to sully himself in what he chose instead.

Which is why I carefully chose the word reprobate.
Bullard took known gambling addict Michael Chopra to a casino. Which is pretty reprobate (definition: unprincipled, immoral) behaviour.
