If it costs them £20m that’s no money at all for Spurs. They blew £50m plus on Richarlison three years ago before transfer inflation really took hold. With CL and another boatload of Pl money wheelbarrowed in, £20m? I can’t see even stingy Levy losing any sleep over that.
As for McKenna, what will be will be. The club is the most important thing and it’ll hopefully be around long after anyone currently working for ITFC or indeed ancient crusties like me. [Post edited 10 Jun 11:52]
