Rob Edwards empathised it was a legitimate injury and nothing to do with any transfer. Not that he would admit that but he did seem to go out of his way to say there wasn’t any movement transfer wise. |

I'm not sure what to think of that video? Half of it is him doing defensive work and the other half is him in the attacking final third. Both impressive, but he does remind me of Jack Taylor when we bought him. Will he fit into our model? Had that video been 75% of him winning the ball then I'd be onboard. He clearly is a talented fella and looks great at drawing a foul. Is he what we need? Of course I back our manager 100%, but is he what we need... There are doubts. [Post edited 27 Jul 9:48]

It's essentially the same story I wrote a couple of weeks ago with some numbers thrown in. The fee figure I was told was lower than that, about half, but seemed likely to increase. It'll probably end up somewhere at the upper end between the two. |

I’d heard that Omari and his agent had told the club prior to the U-21’s he wanted away, and since returning from those games they again made it clear they wanted out, and had said he wasn’t prepared to return to train. Obviously it now appears he’s done that, but he’s still 100% adamant hes going before the window. Safe to say he won’t be playing for us again. | | | |

Far more daft to suggest neither one of brum nor saints are going to be our rivals next season I’d argue.
