In fairness if you’ve got young kids that is quite a distance for 90 mins, or an expense if you’re then staying up there.

The contrast in emotions from HT to FT was funny though, we were desperately unlucky not to claw back at least a point, some effort in the second half.

To counter that, even if it gets to 4000 - that is 1000 minimum additional from last season.
Personally, looking forward to going. Only managed three away last season, due to lack of points. Coventry and Forest in the cup and Leicester away.

I’m in a similar position to you. Managed to get to a couple of away games last season but always enjoy a Northern away day, so definitely hoping I’ll be well enough to make this one 👍

In fairness, while there’s no debate we were below par in the first half, there was also some abysmal officiating that helped PNE for a couple of their goals.

And I recall they were pretty much their only shots.
Moore came on at ht and changed it along with some stern words.
My boy played football in Uxbridge in the morning at 8am which is an hours drive in the wrong direction for us. We went straight from there to Preston and I remember thinking at 3 zip why did I bother coming up, as was for the 1st time ever contemplating going home at HT.

I remember the way home being upbeat after the 2nd half. If they would have put that 1st half performance in the 2nd half it would have felt like a longer trip on the way home.
Initial allocation sold out, another section opened up and now 14 tickets left...I guess those who couldnt get tickets for Liverpool and Man Utd are happy with Preston after all...
