Can have as many loans as you like but can't have more than five in the matchday squad. Presumably he won't be registered in our 25 if he is for the youth team. |  | | |

Yeah, it makes no sense at all to use up a first team loan place on a player that is here to join up with the U21s! I've never heard of a loan to the U21 team, is that even a thing? So it doesn't take a first team loan slot. |  | | |
