He certainly divides opinion. Purely hypothetical of course, but I think he’d be a good fit for what we have here in terms of the players and the approach Ashton has. He’s a meticulous planner, an emotionally mature man manager a bit like KM and plays a broadly similar game in wanting to be on the front foot.
All irrelevant though of course as we’ve got a manager with those qualities already and Rodgers will be after a top job somewhere. The comments from Celtic about him being self-serving ring slightly true to me, although I bet there’s also six of one and half a dozen of the other going on as their board try to preserve their own reputation after recent criticism from their fans. |  |

Seems like a lot of disconnect behind the scenes.
Whats the truth of it? Rogers version or Desmonds? It does feel like Celtic felt they were so far ahead that they didn't need to invest as much this year.
Personally I love seeing the old firm struggle a bit. All Hearts. Am sure GB would have won the league for them were it not for Romanov.
