More of an American thing I think, but don't some stadiums open as a form of workout facility running up and down the steps etc?

Lounges, multi purpose spaces is where the hospitality game is at these days. Primary use is hospitality on a match day but then move the tables around and have conferences, business meetings, weddings, Christmas parties, birthday parties, any event which needs a space.
Cobbold is massively off the pace by modern standards. West Stand has a lot more than it had in the past but the point made about revenue is the key one.
Sadly it will clash with us regular fans, those hospitality lounges need match seats.

I’m fairly sure they used to offer physio sessions to the public from FPR, so maybe that’s still an option. They must be a lot quieter since Nolan left.

Obviously not comparing to SoFi in LA but this kind of stuff just not really sure if Suffolk has the businesses that would create a massive demand. If you made it top class it of course has the benefit of being very walkable from the train station for any company that wanted to host soemthing outside of London.

Me too. The club did get a bit jumpy when we walked out onto the pitch for a photo, the girls in their heels made them particularly edgy. Great day.
