| Who is going down then? 12:39 - Jan 2 with 1572 views | Dubtractor | We've a top 6 predictions thread, but what about the bottom 3? Wednesday are obviously gone, but I think it will be Portsmouth and Charlton joining them. Despite beating us 3-0 (I'm still dumbfounded by that!), I thought for most of that game Charlton were the worst team I've seen all season, so I'm not surprised that they have been falling down the league since. Portsmouth have also looked pretty poor whenever I've seen them. Slightly gutted to see that Norwich are clearly improved since the manager change and they will be fine. Oxford look to have enough about them to grind out results, but if Portsmouth stay up, it'll be them that don't. | |

| Who is going down then? on 12:52 - Jan 2 with 1466 views | NthQldITFC | Wednesday, Norwich and Norwich. Twice. Oxford look like they've got the cojones to fight out of it. Nodge, if they keep going as they are will be fine, but they're pretty fragile, both physically (Sargent and their general lack of fitness) and mentally (I remember they were calling us mentally fragile two years ago - massive, massive lol then and still about that). I suspect (hope) that the first bit of bad luck/injury they get will send them into another nosedive. Don't see them as a fighting team. Blackburn will be alright too, so as you say it's Charlton and Pompey they're competing with. Hopefully Chappers will drag Pompey up the table after Sunday. | |

| Who is going down then? on 13:34 - Jan 2 with 1279 views | Nthsuffolkblue | I am not convinced by Oxford. They did a job on us at their place but they are a bogey side for us. How have we never beaten them there ever? They were very poor yesterday and we beat them fairly comfortably really. Their keeper and Lankshear looked the only ones good enough. A few moments from a couple of the others but they didn't look good enough overall. | |

| Who is going down then? on 21:07 - Jan 2 with 758 views | GlasgowBlue | Wednesday, Oxford and Charlton would be my guess. And although they are some way ahead, if they don't improve soon then Birmingham could be in trouble. Seen teams hit a bad second half of the season run and go down. | |

Norwich are in the same 5 game run of form that we are. They will finish 14th or 15th and well clear of relegation.

| Who is going down then? on 10:12 - Jan 3 with 389 views | ringwoodblue | Weds, Pompey and West Brom/Blackburn Just think West Brom look really vulnerable under Mason and they’re not used to a relegation battle like the other teams around them. If they change their manager, they’ll probably survive and Blackburn will go down instead. | |

I think in some respects Norwich finishing 4th or 5th from bottom could be better than them being relegated ( despite us not being able to enjoy the relegation). They are so far off our radar now other than being our local rivals, they want us to beat Oxford and Portsmouth, we want them to beat Coventry and Middlesbrough. They don’t have the funds to buy their way out of their problems and by not getting relegated avoids them being one of the big boys in league 1 and coming up with confidence and momentum which can be very important as we know. Norwich beating our promotion rivals and staying up is ok with me.
