I've been less active recently due to the forum being an absolute sh!tstorm of entitlement. Facebook is even worse.
As much as we could do with a new striker to help out, the amount of abuse our exists ones are getting due to them being out of form is ridiculous. Hirst is without doubt having a shocking run of form however I remember the days when we'd put an arm around our players and wish them back to form. Not so much these days. Some prominent posters are even more houndy than before. |  |

How many games has Akpom played up top though? Has he had much of an opportunity there?
He scored in the one I can recall but not sure he's started in the 9 very often.
I know people will say that's not his role but I don't think he's disgraced himself when asked to do it. |  |

I agree to an extent, but that's why a striker - preferably one in form like Ivanovic or Vipotnik - is a necessity as well. To take Hirst out of the firing line. The more pressure he's placed under, at the moment, the worse it'll probably get for him. | |
