And the ref overruled var for a hearts penalty last week. What a sickener.
Sometimes I think about the frothing lunatics I’ve put on ignore, who will have kept replying to me again and again, but I don’t even realise they exist.

Celtic were always going to win that one, we 'rent they. They will win the league... again. Pointless league.
So pointless that it is going down to the last day in a winner takes all decider.

That Celtic will probably win, again, for the millionth time, after getting all the decisions, and shockingly the exact amount of goals they need to win. They will win it next year too, and the year after...
Its a total joke, similar to the disallowed goal for West Ham, everything now is geared towards maintaining the status quo for the larger clubs. There is no consistency with VAR, they make up the interpretation of the rules as they go along.

Derek McInnes can claim it was a penalty all he wants but Motherwell had a similar penalty shout to the Hearts one moments after in that game and it wasn’t even VAR checked. There was actually more contact on Tawanda Maswanhise in the box too than the Hearts one.

At least with Hearts making it more interesting this season there is a wider audience seeing the blatant cheating up here.
Hearts non penalty at the weekend and the Celtic ‘penalty’ tonight has kept Celtic in it, it would be over otherwise.
And just as an additional pointer, the team who are top at the split are always at home last game every season. This season Hearts travel to Celtic…
But ultimately people might actually care a bit more about that league if someone else wins it. It may also inadvertently generate more money for the big 2 if the league is actually competitive. There's clearly a bias towards Celtic from the top of the Scottish game and what it ultimately does is make that league completely irrelevant.

I went looking for the incident and expected to see something controversial and was sadly disappointed. Blatantly was a penalty - not sure what the Motherwell player was doing but it certainly wasn’t good defending.
Corruption is a strange take as is the belief that there was corruption in the West Ham match where the goal was rightly disallowed.

How are there people on this thread saying it was a penalty? The ball has quite clearly hit his head and propelled 50 yards for a throw in. The laws of physics suggest it has hit his head rather than the hand. Hopefully justice will prevail on Saturday

I dread to think of some of the decisions that will against Hearts if they are on course to get the win or draw.

I have to say it's one of the worst and most bizarre decisions I've ever seen. The only way I could understand a pen there is if the ref had given it accidentally in real time thinking hand ball. Then you would expect VAR to overturn it. How can anyone think that is handball on video given the physics of how that ball bounces off his head! A ball hitting a stationary hand does not bounce miles off into the sky. It's his head!
That needs investigating. Not one Celtic player appeals for handball. They are desperate but the only thing they ask for is for a foul.

...and no doubt, sign several Hearts players just yo weaken any threat next season.

What i dont understand is why anyone in Scotland wouldnt see the benefit of Hearts winning the league ... there must of been a much larger British audience watching tonight than for many a year!
