should James Trafford leave.

Trafford, or Rushworth, is a keeper I would very much like to see us go for this summer.

Feels like a bit of a like for like move, or even a downgrade.

Do they feel that JT isn't developing as expected, or is he unhappy with his game time?

You ain't a beauty but, hey, you're alright.

He's too good to sit on the bench for the EPL games

Isn't Rushworth going to go to Coventry?

I'm sure I'm the only one but I think that Trafford is massively over-rated. Just remember he got replaced by Muric by Burnley not so long ago.

I've seen him in games before and doesn't seem that good. But hey, pep thought he was good enough so what do I know!

His England squad place would be at serious risk though

Every time - literally every time - I read that as Prince Charles.

And then wonder whether he flaps at crosses. Or if it's just his ears.

Good work by Philogene...... GREAT WORK BY PHILOGENE!!!

I'm not sure if sausage fingers are good for a keeper or not.

He really massively kicked on the season after that. His 2024-25 Championship stats were ridiculous.

Mid table clubs will be going for Trafford. Could easily see him end up somewhere like Fulham or possibly Spurs, (who I assume will be closer to 10th than 17th next year)

Coventry would like him. And he may well have some loyalty to Lampard. But we can offer a better fee, better wages and better prospects I would have thought.

GSTP. Oh, not him. My bad.

Trafford would be very good, Rushworth probably very good.

I'd go a step further. He would start at every club besides United, City, Liverpool, Villa & Arsenal.

He is so far out of our league in terms of transfer targets.

I'd add Everton and Fulham to that. Pickford and Leno are highly rated.

James Trafford is being linked to £40m moves to Chelsea, Villa and Spurs. Nothing to see here.

I previously said Charles was one we might look to go for, seems very unlikely now I guess.

Rushworth would be good but not sure what Brighton have planned and whether he has allegiances to Coventry after the promotion.

I'd imagine Coventry again (maybe on loan). Verbruggen is very solid at Brighton.

Trafford seems to completely fall apart and get dropped one in every two years.

I'm with you on this but keep being told he's excellent. I've come to the conclusion he only drops the ball or produces an odd kick when I'm watching.

It's 106 miles to Portman Road, we've got a full tank of gas, half a round of Port Salut, it's dark... and we're wearing blue tinted sunglasses.
