He is a workaholic which isn't healthy. I worry for our club under his direction. I really hope he gets this appointment right but I fear he won't and would be far more comfortable if there were clearer checks and balances on him (although even that is still no guarantee of the right outcome).
Really? Where did he say that? He said after 'reflection over the last couple of weeks, I feel this is the right time for me to step aside'.
There also is no circus. There was more of a media circus when he was our manager.

The likelihood is that there was a clear enough indication that McKenna may well leave (speculation from other clubs etc as much as anything) that some groundwork on a replacement should have been done.

Thats just who and how i am. Theres no date stamp. Theres no heres a video made today and my reply was to a post about the time the process may take. Not sure why you have such an issue with someone having different beliefs than you. Why does it bother you so much. I am.not asking you to feel the same.
