Christmas Confession Time on 08:30 - Dec 19 with 7292 viewsSikamikanico

1. I am the most excited by Christmas in my household so I am always the first one awake.

2. I have never intentionally watched the Queen's Speech.

3. I tend to eat a mid-size Christmas pudding to myself in one sitting immediately after lunch

Christmas Confession Time on 08:35 - Dec 19 with 7284 viewsbluelagos

1. I am not a Christian yet am happy to receive presents.
2. I hate Brussel sprouts and when I was a kid, used to put them in my pockets and flush them down the bog afterwards.
3. I once went to a mates on the evening of Xmas day and went on a weeks bender only going home (aside for fresh undies) to sleep on New Years day. My mum accused me of using her house 'as a hotel' and I genuinely thought she was being unreasonable.

1. I hate the build up to Christmas but love it when Christmas Eve arrives.

2. I really dislike Christmas pudding.

3. I have already been out to 6 Christmas parties/dinners and have another this evening. My New Year's resolution could be a diet!

Like you Keno, I don't know what happened on Boxing Day but always sing the song.

1. Never seen most of the popular Christmas films. Not seen Die Hard, It's a Wonderful Life, etc.

2. I prefer goose to turkey.

3. Also no idea why we sing about Boxing Day.

4. Hate the build up starting so early. Adverts and the selling of Christmas has become too commercialised and shouldn't start until December 1st at the earliest.

I drink champagne from morning rise to bedtime on Christmas Day.

With only a hint of assistance, I managed to see off 6x bottles the Christmas Day before last.

Please note: prior to hitting the post button, I've double checked for anything that could be construed as "Anti Semitic" and to the best of my knowledge it isn't. Anything deemed to be of a Xenophobic nature is therefore purely accidental or down to your own misconstruing.

I didn't feel particularly big or clever the next day, to be honest.

I needed something to take the edge off an in-laws visit..

Christmas Confession Time on 11:12 - Dec 19 with 6847 viewsJ2BLUE

1 I love Christms

2 I despise the commercialisation of Christmas. No need for Tesco workers to work until 10pm on Christmas Eve and open at 6am on Boxing Day. No need for McDonald's workers to have to open at 6am on Boxing Day. No need for Boxing Day to have been turned into a commercial day of shopping. It genuinely saddens me. Boxing Day used to be an extension of Christmas for me. Two days with family. Now Christmas Day seems over by about 3pm and Boxing Day is a non event. I will never forgive Boxing Day being stolen by big business.

3 I'm a card carrying atheist but at Christmas I soften ever so slightly towards the existence of god. I know it's madness but there seems to be genuine magic in the air at Christmas.

Truly impaired.

I used to be a retail manager of a large store and they made us and staff come in at 1201am boxing d day morning. Utterly took the pish and if it wasn't so bloody engrained into our culture I feel boxing day trading should be banned.

Re No. 2 I think the consumer has to take some of the blame too.

On boxing day this year my GF & my sister are getting up at 4:30 to go to the bloody Next sale.

1/ I don't like mince pies

2/ I love sprouts

3/ I prefer Goose but never have it because I am overruled. I fart like a bastard on Turkey.

4/ My daughter is 31 but acts like a 5 year old at Christmas and refuses to entertain the idea that Father Christmas doesn't exist.
