If they have then they may aswell stop protesting, you can't protest and then apologise for doing it.

In their defence, IF the club's statement is true then it was a necessity. We don't want them facing legal action.

It would be a PR disaster for the club to take action but you never know with Evans so IF they did it takes nothing away from their efforts.

What action can be taken against protestors? The club could no pretend everything is all right if the were to go down the legal route and what Blue Action be charged with?

Blue Action are pathetic and an embarrassment to an adult situation. It’s really important that mature fans deal with this in a way which ultimately backfire. It really is disheartening that teenagers are purporting to represent 50 years of glorious existence with such a cliched defence of what supporting the club should be all about.

If some damage was done then the threat of criminal proceedings and/or a ban from the club exists. I can see why someone might hastily apologise to avoid that risk.

All of which is a sideshow.

When do we act then, national league? When the clubs being wound up?

They shouldn't have apologised and should have accepted the charges. It says a lot more about the scum running our club then it does them, they are at war with the supporters and they have dragged the usual blame the fans mob along with them on this. It's not Blue Actions fault we're a pathetic third division club with absolutely no future - it's Evans and his refusal to sack our worse ever manager (one of the 4 worse ever managers we've ever appointed, all of which Evans appointed in Hurst, Lambert, Keane and Jewell).

I suggest the supporters turn their guns off of BlueAction and onto Marcus Evans, stop buying iFollow, cancel ST's and refuse to spend a penny more until he either changes or leaves.

BlueAction should have accepted the slap on the wrist they'd have gotten for this and made the club go to the police. It shows you how much Evans hates us ultimately and wants us to shut up and go away, well Evans this is just the start, just you wait, we're going to run you back to London when this has all been done.

Marcus Evans is a pathetic man as well as an atrocious owner, someone who's monetized war criminals and ticket scams to make his millions and killed our football club. How anyone can defend him is beyond me. He's a piece of garbage.

Come on mate... they're on a public footpath letting off flares and smoke bombs.

I fully support the aims and objectives of Blue Action and have made donations to them too... but I can't help think this one was definitely not the cleverest.
