Why is it odd? He is a former player with coaching qualifications who Cook has worked with. And it's not exactly a senior role. Gary Roberts has probably done the same amount of coaching. So what if he has been working as a kitman? It's not as if we have just employed the shopping trolley lad from Co-Op as our CEO. |  | | |
