We play faster when he’s in the team and he looks to make things happen.

Pretty sure that was why he was benched last night. Got a few minutes, but better rested for Saturday.

Celina HAS to start whenever he is fit and available. He's a cut above in this league.

Agreed - really hope to see him start on Saturday. Players like him will be key against a team like MK Dons, where he should in theory have more space.

I’d like Celina, Aluko and Chaplin in the team. But the only way I can see that is by playing Chaplin as a striker alongside Norwood.

I'm happy enough with any 2 from Aluko, Chaplin and Celina, they've all been good for us this season with the occasional blip.

Same, but there's no way to get them into a proper system, so at least one will always miss out. I can see the same three up top for MK.

Or a front three if Celina, Chaplin and Aluko.

Chaplin playing as the main striker. Certainly finishing better than our recognised strikers and far more mobile.

Certainly worth a go, Aluko could also be the lone striker in that system maybe.

Yup, got to be two from three with a more physical player for most games. But the third of those three should almost always be getting 25 minutes to keep the energy of the attacking unit as high as possible for 90 minutes. This seems to be what McKenna is doing anyway.

Aluko and Morsy our two most influencial players for me, we've done very well to win 2 of the last 3 without them in the starting 11.

But how would we fit them all in the team? Especially as we’ll have two up front.

Go for a 4-4-2 and drop either Burns or Evans for Aluko? Can’t see all 3 starting in the same team. Those 3 are fighting for 1 or 2 places in the team.

He's lovely to watch, so good on the ball and his decision making is excellent. Brings that calmness and bit of experience to things, technically really good, he's been a very good addition. It's obvious watching him that it's a guy who has spent his whole career at a better level than this, quite significantly better for a part of it in the not too distant past.

I think the fact he's 32 and seen as a bit of a journeyman skews peoples opinion a little. The fact is while time isn't perhaps on his side football wise, his contribution has been excellent when called upon. If he was called Andre Dozzell people would be creaming themselves over some of the performances.

I don't see it happening but they could fit in a 4-2-3-1 as the 3 behind the striker. Problem is that means Burns shifting to more of a conventional RB or dropping out of the team so you'd lose his threat.

Morsey and Burns for me. Both have a huge win ration when they start.

I think it was Chaplin who said in a previous interview that McKenna planned on getting the No 10 type roles to run themselves into the ground to then be replaced by fresh legs for the final 20-30 minutes. For that reason alone I can't see Celina, Aluko and Chaplin starting together. Being able to bring 1 or 2 of those on for the last period with fresh legs is really valuable.

While he contributed little other than that glaring left foot miss and his first act was being caught offside, I'd start Nors with Chaplin and Aluko in behind, running themselves silly. Bring Celina on with 25 to go against tiring legs.

That said, Bonne was getting in the right positions against Donny at least, maybe signs he's coming back?

Morsy comes straight back in though. Harsh on Tapinson, who I felt played well, but for the greater good.

We can have the 3 behind a striker and play a flat back 4. You loose Evans then though, silo it depends on priorities. Nice options to have though.

he sure is. how the eadt gave him the lowest mark is beyond me.
if bonne had took his 2 chances he set up also norwoods chance had been taken , he would have been their top mark. people would be saying what a game he had by setting up 3 goals

But he didnt take any of the 3 easy chances and for me is so out of form he should not be in the starting 11.

Personally I would play Piggot but guess thats not a popular decision.

It's not popular because Pigott's shown nothing in an Ipswich shirt and Bonne's done more than him even in his lean goalscoring patch.

It's a cliche, but you worry when your strikers aren't getting chances, not when they miss a few.
