Wordle on 08:59 - Apr 8 with 1272 views | itfcjoe | Yes, I use RAISE as well Helps me to have same word as I then know where to go afterwards depending on which letters work. I guess this doesn't make me solve it quickly ever, but it's all about just getting it for me and I have only failed once!

Wordle on 08:59 - Apr 8 with 1268 views | PassionNotAnger | Used to be IRATE, then followed up by second guess of POUND - usually completed it in either 3 or 4 as covered all vowels and some of the most common consonants. Have now switched to GROWL or CHINS as it's generally not the vowels that gets it but key "linking" consonants that give you a better chance of getting it 2 or 3 so starting with these 2 gives me better results. Case in point earlier this weeks was SHAWL - got it in two..

Wordle on 09:00 - Apr 8 with 1265 views | Plums | Heats, it’s a bit scary when it’s all grey but eliminating the ‘s’ early doors is helpful. It kills off the plural four letter words that could otherwise dominate. [Post edited 8 Apr 2022 9:29]

RIP Comet. I got a cat during lockdown. I'd be gutted if anything happened to her :( Luckily she never strays beyond the garden!
