I seriously don’t think there is a better situated ground in the Country
We are very spoilt and only realise this when at away games
Is there a better ground in this respect

Emirates. Stamford Bridge. West Ham’s new ground they basically stole from the taxpayer. I would say the new Spurs stadium but that area is a toilet. But largely you are right it’s a great location. |  |

Forest's City Ground. A bit more of the walk to the city centre, but very close to West Bridgford and the Meadows, plenty of bars and eateries around and lets not forget a test match cricket ground over the road. Nottingham station a 10 minute walk away if you do it at a quick pace. [Post edited 2 Jun 2022 13:43]

Not a chance. Land value isn't worth it for the council to want to sell. If the stadium wasn't there the land value in the area would decrease even more. Why do you think Royal Mail hasn't sold up? Why they renovated the fire station instead of selling up?
Also, we don't own the land so we would need to fund a whole new stadium ourselves so would push back. | | | |
