I don't think it would be fair to make that call based on just a few appearances. Luongo is fresher but returning from injury. If Morsy can get back to his very best and Luongo can be as good, then it bodes very well for us. Where do Camara, Ball and Evans, let alone Humphreys then fit in? A nice headache for McKenna to have anyway. Is El Miz a CM too? (I think he is.) |  |

I have to admit, I was a little underwhelmed when we took him on - thought he was gonna be injury prone, past his best, and no improvement on what we have. But wow!, what a performance yesterday. If he can stay fit and make that sort of contribution, I can see us going unbeaten to the end of the season. |  |

Morsy is better in my opinion, thetes no better player in league 1 than morsy, also the way he is holding back slightly, knowing that a booking will see him miss 2 games, but still being so influential is incredible. It will be great credit to him if he gets through the next 3 games or so without a yelliw card. Fantastic player. |  | | |

Going against the grain here.
Morsy is fantastic player for us but I would say Luongo has more to his game.
Has played more championship games and also has many more international callups than morsy.

Bit early for that sort of claim, imo...But he certainly looks like another midfield "boss ". As mentioned on another post. He'll help get the best out of Morsy. Think Morsy has had to shepherd Humphreys a bit. But played better, with an experienced pro like Evans alongside him. So I think Luongo, will have a similar effect on Morsy's game. |  | | |

Going forward he looks for the opening for a through ball whilst Sammy always wants to go sideways. To many times he has 'burst' forward and then rather than shoot or play a penetrative pass he goes sideways.
Like i said, both very good, but if it was my call then i would start Evans/ Cam with Luongo and use Morsy to kill the game when needed. |  | | |

I just personally think he slows us down a little bit. We looked much a thret when Evans was in the side. It just seems a bit pedestrian in the middle without him now, maybe Luongo is the one to offer that attacking spark with Evans injured.

if both of them playing to full ability there woudn't be much between them - so the key is just keeping them both fit and available as won't lose many midfield battles if we do |  |
