Don't know what that is but it sounds despicable.

I've just got back from taking 10 kids to nandos and a film (£40 on pick and mix alone, not that I'm counting). 1000-yard stare here: Ive seen things man.

Mowing, strimming planting, weeding & watering.

Gardening equivalent of painting the Forth Bridge. Quite enjoy it when the weather's like this though 🔆

Does "No Mow May" count if you leave it cos you are just too lazy to cut the lawn?

It does, the bees n butterflies don't know or care

I leave a small patch of lawn as a gesture, but have to keep the bulk reasonably short as the mower wouldn't cope with the length if I let it go for a month, & it's too much to strim. There are plenty of other wild spaces at mine which are unmaintained & jungolic simply because I can't keep up with it all!

It was a morning of light pottering, got my putter re-gripped and sorted out my golf kit after a lovely day yesterday. An afternoon watching 20/20 cricket with Ches the cat, a nice curry for tea and a glass or three of chilled Chardonnay. Could be worse.

Looking forward to the play off finals next weekend. It’ll be great watching the joy and the pain knowing we were snugly promoted weeks ago.

Went here for the afternoon with the kids. Walk down to the beach through the woods. Ice cream and a paddle in the sea, then loop around the costal path and back home. It’s a tough life sometimes. It was a LOT busier than in that picture today though.

This is the best thing about living in australia. Town's season finishes and our playing season begins. So today i'll be kicking lumps out of portly old men and being reprimanded by a teenage ref.

Take remaining dog out for long run, cut grass and move things about that the Mrs has decided need moving for absolutely no reason - this could be plant pots, beds, sofas etc - I am yet to be instructed.

Edit - cut daughters grass as well.
