| Hammers 09:07 - May 22 with 7155 views | unbelievablue | Reckon they'll be all over town, home areas in the ground, in hospitality etc.? Got form for it, bank holiday weekend, last game of the season, and haven't had a league game here for ages (and won't again for at least a season). Might be quite annoying. | |

| Hammers on 09:11 - May 22 with 5326 views | Zx1988 | I fear you may be on to something here, especially with the fact that the game is all but a dead rubber and there may be more tickets than usual changing hands behind the scenes. | |

| Hammers on 09:11 - May 22 with 5325 views | bluearmy4838 | Expect you're right but there's been no trouble getting home tickets for most of this season and there's nothing riding on it for them, so wouldn't have thought they would be that desperate for tickets. Going to feel like a pre season friendly innit. | | | |

My lot are going through some weird hostelry identity crisis where they like to go to a boring bar and drink beer they cannot pronounce. I suspect after the game we will be in Bar 25 where i will be forced to drink Guinness as they don't sell real ale. Prior to the game we will be in The Waterfront because going somewhere closer to the ground would be daft wouldn't it. They also don't sell real ales but the kindly landlady buys in some bottles of Southwold bitter for me.

None of them live in the East London, they’ll all be getting the train from Chelmsford
| Hammers on 11:55 - May 22 with 4537 views | itfcjoe | We’ve had an email on hospitality side reminding us that away fans are not allowed in hospitality areas and if any tickets are for them they will refund us. It’s never been a rule, just that they need to behave - the host comes in each week and asks if there are any away fans and does the usual “enjoy your meal and have a safe trip home” | |

| "I am a genuine believer in free speech, in the real sense, not the left wing sense, the 'I think free speech is important for people I agree with' Guardian readers" - Jonathan Pie ///// "These middle class, perma-offended, virtue-signalling woke w@nkers have declared that the great unwashed are just one tasteless joke away from turning into fascists" - Jonathan Pie ///// "In a sense, the political left’s attempts to silence ideas they cannot, or will not, debate are a confession of intellectual bankruptcy" - Thomas Sowell

Odd game to crack down on. I'd have thought you'd want money from anyone willing to give it when it's a dead rubber.

Suspect there will be enough of the irregular hammer fans around the ground, for a long while whilst we were in the Championship and especially after they moved to Stratford, and their tickets were quite cheap there were alot of them based in Ipswich, the station was always full of them when they played at home, some even held dual season tickets. So I'm expecting them to be around for sure in home areas of our ground

| Hammers on 15:08 - May 22 with 3620 views | blueoutlook | Over the very long years of watching Town, West Ham have always had fans seated in all areas of Portman Road. They are easily the worst club for it. But it seeems to happen everytime we play them down here . Trouble is,most of them live round here. I’ve worked with loads of them over the years. Way more common than any other teams round these parts. | | | |
| Hammers on 15:53 - May 22 with 3480 views | Illinoisblue | You think so? They’ve had a largely rubbish season. Can’t see them being that bothered. Unless they make a weekend of it in Felixstowe. | |

Do fans away fans go for a drink in town these days? Chelsea chaps had packed out the Lord Nelson just before NYE when I had walked down for a beer from the Salthouse but most away fans don't seem to bother going past the station hotel do they, which incidentally all clubs seems to rave about! I find that quite funny. I am sure the Essex WHU contingent will be having a beer on Sunday but can't imagine it will be a nightmare in this day and age!
