He had to go because so many softcocks went to games and got on social media desperate to see who could cry the most. That toxicity bled into fans who never bothered looking at the owner, until it's too late.
By all means insist MM had to go, but the fact so many of his critics were silent or even worse, jubilant, as Hurst ripped the club apart and Lambert buried it is an inconvenient truth.
