Red card or not, did anyone else notice him sliding in late — and fortunately missing — a couple of times in the first 10 minutes and think "uh-oh" ... ?

I thought he was really putting himself about. Certainly no lack of effort on his part.

Yep. Thought that he was going to catch someone if he kept it up and lo and behold...

Yeah, there was one a few minutes prior he completely missed that I thought he was lucky he didn't catch anyone.

Either a lack of ability or professionalism. Red or not, he could have already had 2 yellows.

Yep. Says a lot for our game awareness that no-one had a word with him.

Certainly the one he got sent off for wasn't the worst of the game from him.

Hopefully he won't be seen again this season. Utterly desperate loan signing by Shambert, and easily in the top 3 worst loan players we've taken.

Get rid of him tomorrow

Probably trying too hard. Clearly trying to impress - just got it hopelessly wrong!

Can’t imagine we will be seeing him again in a Town shirt.

I think anything less than a yellow would have been a bad call. Definite yellow, on the replays I can see why the ref gave it - Harrop was lunging and would have eventually hurt someone as he was lumping around for quite some time before his card.

The assistant on that side was Col United fan Arron Farmer who has previous with us as well, so there was no way he was backing Harrop up. When I watched it, you could see him telling the Wimbledon players he had 'seen' it

I thought it was a yellow but the player screamed so loud and with no crowd in the stadium it gave the assistant a chance to advise the ref to give red.

It probably would have helped if the ref had at least had a word with him after the first 2 or 3 times he had dived in late. Instead, the fact he had been doing it so much probably made the referee's mind up that it was red rather than yellow. He took his time to make up his mind.

That line up was a bit Lambingo wasn't it?

And I say that as someone for whom cook was, and still is, my number 1 choice.

Was a weird, desperate, ill judged selection
