I get it, it's not public facing, its more for the players benefit. Psychologically we want the players feeling 8ft tall when they step out on to the grass and I guess these are just designed to massage the egos a little prior to kick off. As well as a little intimidation of the opposition, if you can call it that. I know what I would be saying to our players if I were in the opposition side though 'what the f*** are these? you lot look ridiculous'. [Post edited 28 Jul 2022 11:15]

Yeah looks a bit naff. Looked a lot better before, and was only done in 2018.
Maybe should’ve kept the same theme but with a few new updated pictures of the current squad once we’d played a few games this season.

No, you only need to do is change the head and arms over.
Which is all they used to do with those 17th and 18th century paintings of people in armour. Standard bodies with portrait heads. |  |

Similar to when you came back into Ips station back in the day, to be presented with a picture of Chopra pulling the Christ the Redeemer pose, over the ticket office.
Which in itself was quite weird/ good, but then Chops introduced the Newcastle mafia to Playford Rd, left the club, and started dating Kym Marsh.
So the club super-imposed Bluey's head over Chop's body at the station.
