Referee = Brilliant, well done, best ref all season

Woolf, Humphrey's, Burns - all rubbish, how in facks name did Burns stay on for the 2nd half?

Morsy - MOTM by far, great goal and solid everywhere, as usual, what a legend
Hirst - great all round contribution, but just never looks like he'll score a goal
Chappers - lively, just didn't quite come off for him, always looked like he'd score
Broadhead - bang average, missed a sitter my cat would have bungled in
Luongo - why didn't he start? Great half, whole team solidified with him on the park

Everybody else - colouring by numbers, ticked a box and that's about it

Still can't figure out how we managed to score just the one goal, mental.

Davis was superb, nothing like ticking a box.

Didn't do anything amazing, didn't do anything really bad, just thought he did his job.

I didn't watch it but Brenner Woolley seemed to suggest he made a series of good saves at one point.

Average first half.
Total control in the second.
Could and should have won by a bigger margin.
It was bloody cold walking back to the car.
Happy with the performance overall…oh, and Plymouth got stuffed.

Yeah not like he did a quickfire double save in that melee before we scored or anything.

He did. And there was one corner where he came, flapped and missed. Luckily it didn't cost us and otherwise he was perfect. A good game from him.

Double-save in that first-half scramble, couple of excellent claims (incl the one which caused him what looked like a temp ankle problem) - huge part played by CW, who seems to have got his confidence back

Tbf, both shots were straight at him and you’d expect them to be kept out, hence the “doing his job” bit.

Straight at him from just a few yards. That's more than doing his job

Can't say I really noticed Woolf, so I couldn't say he was rubbish. Was it him with the goalline block? I forget now.

Humphreys didn't have a great game defensively, but still played some good balls. Burns was poor. Think you are being a bit harsh on Broadhead. It was a bad miss, but he pull people around and should have been cut back to a couple of times by Burns.

Ref had a good game. Consistent. Found it funny when she didn't stop play for their fake injury. If only more refs did that, then players wouldn't risk time wasting as much.

They were pretty much straight at him. If he'd conceded, we'd be questioning his ability.

He came out at least twice that I can remember to sweep right on the edge of the box. As you say, really commanded his area well.

Thought he had a good game today. Pretty much everyone did really, barring maybe Burns.

Does Burns not get on with Walton? Why do you think Burns didn't think he had a good game today?

His block on the goal line was ridiculous and without that we go a goal down and we're chasing a point away once again. No surprise to see the OP talking nonsense though.

Bit Harsh on Humphreys as he has been running on empty for a game or two , couple that with Morsy having to play a little within himself so as to avoid a suspention . Our midfield injurys have cost us .

The second of the double saves was fantastic It was not straight at him. He reacted very quickly to get his hands up to a well hit shot from 6 yards, and they were very strong hands to keep it out. Prior to that Woolfy’s block on the line was superb.

Every post I read from TalkingBlues is more nonsense than the previous one. Which is quite an achievement in a way.

Love this amateur player analysis.

2 back to back wins, it’s the business end of the season. How we achieve wins right now if far less import to me than how any individual player plays. It’s each game on it merits. If we play well and win fab, if we play ok and win I will take that.
