I think we’ll have to look for some signings that are currently ‘unloved’ but have shown previously that they can do a job in the Premiership. I saw a post a few days back suggesting Dele Alli, but top of the pile for me would be Kalvin Phillips. Outcast at Man City, hasn’t had a great year time at West Ham either. I think Mck could put an arm around him and get him doing the role he does best. He’s being linked with Leeds if they go up via the playoffs, but if they don’t why shouldn’t we aim for him? And yes I know wages will be high, but surely a compromise is possible here?

Not a lot of people realise this, but with Kalvin Phillips through the door, our number 9 issues are also about be solved with the signing of To Madeira!
Seriously though, as nice as it is to be vindicated so emphatically, I'm just delighted for us that we've managed to secure such a brilliant addition to the midfield. Give him time and show him some love. We are ready. Uppa Towen!!!!!!!!!
