Selling Matt Grimes apparently and just had a big sell-on payoff from Whittaker’s move. I hope not. Broady’s seems one of the few who can put his foot on the ball and give us a foothold in games.

Ooh, an official TWTD assignment. I’m on it, I’ll be straight down their training ground tomorrow

I saw £3.5m +add ons was the fee for Grimes.

| Nathan Broadhead on 22:31 - Jan 28 with 7435 views | LancsBlue | If we stay up I could see him going to Wrexham next year if they get promoted. They are ambitious and would be able to afford him. He's from North Wales so it would all seem a like a good fit. If we are relegated I think we keep him. | |

| Nathan Broadhead on 22:40 - Jan 28 with 7258 views | E_I_E_I_E_I_O | This would seem beyond bizarre. Could quite easily be part of the reason we stay up....if we go on to achieve that. His expected minutes are probably higher now per game than at any other point in the season. [Post edited 28 Jan 2025 23:02]

Wouldn't fret, I think KM's more intelligent than the OP/OP's 'informant'.

I’ve seen that figure mentioned in the local press over here. They’re linked with spending most of that on a CM replacement from the Danish leagues (Melker Widell, who a Swedish box-to-box CM who looks pretty useful). So I’ve no idea where they’d get the money to buy Broady from. They’re supposed to be up against P&S limits and seem skint. Maybe a loan (would make sense if Broady isn’t in KM’s plans for the rest of the season, as I’d want the option of using him next season if we go down). Or it could be rubbish and the OP is winding us up, as still no links.
