One of my favourite ever Ipswich players, and an excellent broadcaster.
For a couple of seasons or more he was electric, and unstoppable one-on-one with the keeper.
There was a photo of him a couple of weeks ago which showed he had lost a lot of weight and he looked far better than he had for a long time.
This was presumably before his operation but hopefully it will increase his chances of making a full recovery. [Post edited 12 May 8:09]
