0 - 2 win. MK are not as strong as Doncaster, plus our defence is quite solid.

Agreed, by the same scoreline too. We'll go 1-0 up early on, then concede 2 in the second half.

As soon as we lose a game this season, regardless of our current position or the circumstances, this place will go into total meltdown.

Think we'll be alright tonight though.

No coincidence that the games in which we’ve gone longer less than the oppo, then we’ve played our best stuff

Nothing wrong with some long, as long as it is accurate, and not aimless

Worth considering that not being able to outplay the opposition is the cause, long balls the effect. It's not a simple as saying play less long balls and we'll be better.

I thought it was close to meltdown after Saturday.
Not sure what some people are expecting from a team that finished last season cast adrift at the bottom of the Championship.
At the end of last season, I would happily have taken second place in League 1, one point off the leaders, with a game in hand and unbeaten after our first seven games.
We were a team bereft of confidence, unable to keep a clean sheet, barely able to win a game, now gradually it is changing, we are still a side in transition and it will take time, but patience is short on here.

I think some have gotten carried away a little, but I guess that shows you how far we've come in such a short space of time. The mask slipping the other week when Lambert suggested we could go unbeaten all season also added fuel to the fire and suddenly a 0-0 draw with one of the better teams in the division feels like a major setback.

And nothing wrong with playing some long balls,as most teams particularly in this league tend to do and then mixing it up, playing on the front foot is what really matters .Too many years of sitting back for me just glad it seems that has gone .

Got to lose at some point, may as well be tonight lol!

Seriously though, we can't go on unbeaten.

On the plus side, I still don't think we're playing as well as we could, so think there's more to come from us and a loss is not the end of the world at all, even to MK Dons.

Would rather maintain home form for the fans who are coming back to assist the club better financially.
