Because for 99% of the population there is no racism in this country, it is the 1% minority that make it an issue giving the rappers a platform to turn it mainstream and give it the big “everyone is racist” at prime time on TV. Give me one instance where that has occurred. Also I actually doubt there are any areas in the UK that have a majority BAME population. Even in areas of London and Birmingham it's still going to be 50%+ White.
