Sorry if this is a bit brief or jumbled, I just typed out a lengthy response only from my iPad to die before I could hit post so I’ve had to login on my phone which isn’t a great way to read or write on the forum.
I can see that I made an error when my eyes brushed across your post, I interpreted your original comment to be a signal that you were about to block me and that you requested I did the same to you. I was wrong, please accept my sincere apologies for this.
I won’t be blocking you as I don’t agree with that kind of censorship. I’m not sure it’s particularly adult to just ignore people when you don’t like what they say.
I will still be pointing out whenever I think you or any other poster has been a berk or made a spurious comment, however I fully expect other posters to correct me when I’m a berk or have got my facts wrong, just as you have here.
I reserve the right to not engage when I see fit but in my opinion everyone should have the right to at least put something to someone and be heard.
I haven’t changed my opinion on how on this occasion you’re on the wrong side of the debate and for rather odd reasons you’re siding with some of the most unpleasant posters on the board, but I do 100% concede with apologies that I misread your post re: ignoring me. The point being that good arguing skills takes into account the whole context of the topic they are arguing. Or if one can't take into account the whole context, one should trust and listen to those who have, and be willing to acknowledge any error.
