Got to self isolate due to a positive Covid test result this evening, b@gger, so will be needing to spend the next 10 days or so glued to the TV.
Give me some inspiration please, going to be pulling my hair out at the prospect of being stuck at home. Thanks.

We have no village green, or a shop. It's very, very quiet. I can walk to the pub.

For a feel good love story, Virgin River is not bad.

Just watched "For Life" American series with a British lead.
"The Head" is an excellant murder mystery with many twists.

Brand new just the one episode "Your Honor"
Bryan Cranston stars as a judge confronting his convictions when his son is involved in a hit and run that embroils an organized crime family. He faces impossible choices and discovers how far a father will go to save his son's life.

Series 1 only. Series 2 is enjoyable enough but unnecessary. And treads over a lot of the same story beats, with less of an impact.

I'm one of the people who was blamed for getting Paul Cook sacked. PM for the full post.

Not sure if the latest season of Fargo is on there. Chris Rock is in it. It’s not great but not terrible. The Jeffrey Epstein documentary is good albeit in a repulsive way

UK Netflix still has Seasons 1 to 3, but not 4 yet. And, strangely, not the movie, either.

I couldn't get into Schitts Creek initially. The missus took to it straight away so it kept being put on, something seemed to click towards the end of season one.

I think Season 1 of Schitts Creek is "ok with good moments", but then something really clicks from 2 onwards.

We're rationing the last few episodes of the last Season at the moment.

I hope you recover well. Order some high strength Vitamin D3 and have it every morning with a fairly high fat meal for best absorption. That's the one thing any of us can do to improve our Covid Prognosis.

Agree with that, really starts hitting the heights with series 2 and stays there. I'd add Grace and Frankie which I thought was as good as SC, Unabomber and Designated Survivor. Might be worth getting a free month trial of Amazon Prime if you can, would get you access to the superb Marvelous Mrs. Maisel and another great comedy series Red Oaks, heartwarming and funny in an 80s setting so brilliantly nostalgic if you were around in that era,but still good if you weren't.

up voted for saying series not that awful American word season.

Hope it goes quickly for you and your symptoms are very mild.

I don't know much about Netflix but if you can get 30 day trial of Amazon Prime you could binge watch Vikings in time for the final 10 episodes coming out from late Dec - mid March. Well worth it.

I say "Series" for English programmes and "Season" for American and Canadian shows.

The highway men ( Kevin Costner ) is a good Netflix film to watch. The crown is also quite enjoyable.
