I agree that it is, obviously, unrighteous that arguably the worst playing squad for a number of generations is the one wearing the shirt that commemorates the 40th anniversary UEFA Cup win.
Whilst I'm sure you don't need confirmation of the fact, I'd just like to add that it's a perfectly legitimate observation to make and it's such a shame that people jump behind the first negative response, not because of the reasoning behind it, but because of who posted it.

How was the response negative? I didn't agree and gave my opinion. If one doesn't like to be challenged then they shouldn't post in a manner than leaves a wide range for responses.
As for the rest, the opening post was clearly intended to score "internet points" as Mullet pointed out so to cite that as the motivation for those replying is pretty strange.
He just got upset when everyone didn't immediately agree with him. I'm sure he will be pleased that you do.

From my point of view we already have 5000 declaring the players are utter scum so I’m not sure what the point is of 5001 is; why not just add to the amount we have? We’ll just get a load more after Cook’s next press conference anyway. | |
