And, to be fair, I am not sure what to make of either KVY nor Carroll. KVY looked a far better player when he first joined us than he has more recently and Carroll looks a shadow of the player he used to be. It will be up to McKenna to judge them on who they are now, not what they once were. I am sure he will realise that too. None of these players will be in (or out) of the team on reputation alone. |  |

Loved watching the training video - the amount of impact he's having, constantly communicating with the players, telling them what he expects. It does feel different to Cook's training videos, I have to admit. | |
