Feels like a punch in the guys. Hated him when he played England but over time you realise the word genius is an understatement. His spin masterclasses a few years back on Sky TV during the lunch breaks made you realise just how incredible he was as a bowler - and he was an excellent commentator.
Only five years older than me - probably made me feel my own mortality more than anyone else I can think of in their passing. |  | | |
