Is it just me or is the song selection for this McCartney set relentlessly plodding. Too many lesser known numbers at the start, and no energy at all. |

A late start today, but saw Chris Difford on the Acoustic stage was great & he bought on Yungblud who sang Up the Junction, then Glen Tilbrook for a cover of Rocket Man, then Michael Eavis who sang Send in the Clowns”.
Then saw Haim who were fine, followed by Noel Gallagher who was typical Noel with a decent mix of HFB & Oasis to end with.
Then Macca with a set which was lacking in bangers in the first half sadly.

Paul Mc was great.. I’m not really a fan of his music post Beatles but to do that for so long at his age is amazing. Did the big Beatles hits as well second half which made it more enjoyable. First half was a bit dull [Post edited 26 Jun 2022 1:09]
