Just this user name. I originally chose it because Churchmans was the stand I’d spent the most time in at the time. There was also a tad of irony in it in that the nearest I get to religion is a pint in the local boozer.

I had to change one because I got reported to work by someone on here about posting on here doing coke in bogs at a pre-season friendly against Colchester about 10 or so years ago. I was a proper wind-up merchant on here back then and made a few enemies. Had a few dodgy PMs back then along the lines of meet me at so and so and we'll sort in person and all that kind of sh*t
I did have a few 'comedy' accounts around that time but they wouldn't last too long because I'd get the banhammer within a week or so for being blatantly offensive/on the wind-up. |  |

I had a couple of different usernames around 20 years ago relating to where I live etc, but they were dull and others had similar names. I was (and still am) active on a gaming site where I used my current username, and decided to just use the same name on here for probably 7 or 8 years now, but its not footie related. Until we became associated with Phoenix Rising :). |  |

After the 'sign in with whatever you like' era, I had one user name, and then changed to hopes_and_fears (which coincided with Roy Keane starting - with the thinking that there were both hopes and fears related to his appointment, as well as it being the title of a Keane album).
This then got shortened to 'hoppy' by a few other posters, and I formally requested the change as it was far easier to login with the shortened version, especially if on my phone. |  |
