Oh, is that an age thing..? I’d swap Edwards for TJJ in a heartbeat and I really like Edwards, but it seems that breed of attacker doesn’t work for us now.

He’s young enough to not need Edwards to go, so we can have both.

Very doubtful that TJJ will come back to us. Wouldn't make sense.
We'll see him in a few weeks I imagine and it'll make a lot of sense. Clever, sharp, very adaptable, technical ... he's pretty much everything you want in a McKenna player. I think we've missed him more than widely credited.
For all the fans who moaned about not having a plan B. Edwards is different to anything we have. I personally think he hasn't been given enough minutes this season.

Lets be honest here, McKenna doesn't trust him.
Edwards was the only player available at the time Harness got injured to step in, however, Aluko walked straight back in to the side having spent the previous 3 months injured.

Thought he was looking like our most dangerous attacking outlet right before his injury - was really making progress as a hybrid 9/10 (positionally speaking) player.
Have we had an official word on his recovery as yet? Unless I've missed something the last we had was McKenna saying he was going to see a specialist mid-January which has been and gone. Obviously had more pressing things to focus on this month but thought we might have a clearer idea of his likely return by now.
Just because I don't care doesn't mean I don't understand.
Our most exciting player at the top of his game, albeit we’ve probably only seen flashes of it. Cambridge (H) was peak Edwards for me. Definitely a good impact sun to have for out promotion run in.

If a reasonable fee was proposed it would be something I’d probably consider to be honest.
Has moments of brilliance, but still lacks consistency - and if truth be told behind the pecking order at LF in Broadhead and Harness, and at RWB behind Burns and Jackson.
A really infectious character, and would wish him the very best - but would be tempted to sell here.

I think that's the case.
I also think its a shame, i think he should've been given a run of games.

When we were behind in a recent game Edwards came off the bench to try and help us turn it around. If he wasn't trusted, I don't think he would come on.
Maybe McKenna sees him as more of an impact sub rather than a starter but I think this trust thing is bullsh1t to be honest.
