Delivery drivers who knock, then give you approximately 2.7 seconds to open the door before the scarper. I know they're on a tight schedule but strewth, give me a chance.

2. 1st names on the back of shirts instead of surnames.

People who get in lifts and immediately push button that closes the door. That actually annoys me more than it should. They should be taken to the top floor and chucked down the lift shaft.

On a related note - we have open porch on the front door, and don't mind if parcels are left in there if we're not in, but ideally hidden to the side of the porch and out of view of passers by. Obviously more often than not they are just left in front of the door for everyone to see - just use a bit of common sense FFS!

People who do that 'holding the phone horizontally whilst talking on it' thing rather holding it to their ear like a f**king adult. Particularly if they then combine it with video or speakerphone chat.

That's easily solved with a swift horizontal slap to the forwardmost part of the phone. Not only does the phone disappear off down their gullet, but they tend to stop their inane drivel too.

They’ve probably got to be at the same place sofa delivery guys are so keen to get to.

After waiting 3 months for someone to put together some wood and foam (don’t get me started on that one), yes, I’m going to spend more than 3 seconds reading through the delivery document and checking over my overpriced soft seating.
