Player would have to be open to a move to Turkey, which is perhaps unlikely but even then would be a substantial fee for a club in that league.
Only way I see Leif leaving is if he’s asking to go. Much like how we got Greaves. Also we are protected by the contract, so whilst I couldn’t guess what would be acceptable it would need be a substantial offer. |  |

We have moved into the bracket of 20-25 million signings. You could bet that the same player who was bought for 1 million by a League One club from a Premier League club would be more like 10-15 going from a Championship club to a Premier League club. If we sold a player for a 35 million you could almost guess that every quote we would get for a suitable replacement would be for 35 million. It's almost to the point that we have to sell our players for about 50 million to make it attractive for us. | | | |

Starting point needs to be the rock bottom minimum you'd need to spend to replace those assists.
Selling him necessitates a wholesale shift in our main attacking vector, so we'd need to reshape our side as a result.
With, what, three weeks to go?

It's quite astonishing we've not sold anyone for money for 3 years really, at some point the "player trading" model will need to kick in, and that's the basis of our transfer business this summer.
