Our side were simply clueless in attack and the usual in defence , never has it been more obvious that we need strikers whatever the cost we need them , broadhead is not a goal scorer and can’t finish ! We will rightly receive more stick from the footballing world than you could imagine and I think this will now finish off our top two chances there’s no coming back from this , play offs it is !

We had a settled side that was winning games before Maidstone , we now have a completely different side who aren’t winning games , players on £150k a week should be able to turn up half cut from a heavy session the night before and still outclass their opponents !
Defeats breed defeats lose Saturday and all of a sudden we are in a rut , we now don’t have any opportunity to give minutes to our fringe players anymore and keep them up to speed

We evidently need to work on defending set pieces, but neither the Liverpool match, or the Man City match were lost on those. Quite clearly, KMc is building his side for.Premier League success,.not the lower leagues' version of "let's hope we get a set piece against a bigger side so we can score, because we've nothing from open play"
SO many Prem and Champ sides lose in the cup games. It has no bearing on the.league, so try not to get your knickers in a twist.

I have no issue losing to elite world class sides who we should Be losing to , we aren’t likely to win many games this season so tonight was a rare opportunity to get a resounding win and good performance under our belt and hardly any player came out of It with any credit at all
