We have no more than every other side in the Prem, just we seem to bleat about them a lot more.
We have two defenders injured and more than adequate cover, the rest of the squad is solid.
Let’s go there tomorrow and go for it, like we played last season, none of this “park the bus” and play for a draw nonsense! |  |

That’s a ridiculous summary. Iirc it’s Axel, Ben, Jacob and Slicker in defence. Plus Jens and Mass in midfield. Plus Ali, Harry, George and Nathan returning and needing to build up to full fitness.

Greaves and Tuanzebe are not fringe players and I don't think Broadhead is either. I think there are likely to be other absentees too. It is clear we have more injuries than we have had to deal with for some considerable time. We do have a bigger squad but we need to have our best team playing as much as possible. | |

Arsenal have 5 defenders missing (or doubtful to be fit) and 2 midfielders out this weekend and Brentford are missing 5 players themselves. We only have 5 ruled out officially on the same site.

All clubs have injury issues of course. There aren’t any others in the PL who had the bulk of their squad built in League 1. Injuries and suspensions will undoubtedly hit us harder. | |
