They really won’t and nor should they. But the criminal incompetent, clowns that were in charge and the current moribund shower seen to be doing their very best to help nutjob Farage and his merry idiots.
Spencer Perceval was the last, and only, British prime minister to be assassinated. If Farage was ever in that position he could be the second. Thankfully for him that'll never happen.
Farage is an absolute chancer. If he ever gets himself close to being elected PM he would make up an excuse and weasel his way out of it. He'd be found out in minutes and knows this full well.

He’s certainly a chancer, but he’d love to stick one on the establishment by being PM. He’d be utterly crap though, as he’s never served his constituents, nor understands the phrase public service.

Farage doesn’t want our children to have the opportunity of free movement in Europe, but he is happy for his kids to have so
Yeah, he’s a c***. Nobody liked the bloke when I had a few years hanging around Brussels/Strasbourg and more (very) rarely Westminster. Most Tories I knew back then hated him, but they were the traditional One Nation type. Everyone could see through him, but it felt like his main aim was to wind up his peers and stick two fingers up to the lot of them.
I don’t know what happened to Farage when he was younger, but he’s obviously got massive issues.

He's like Trump, Musk, Johnson and the rest. For them, politics is just a side hustle.

Brexit has been a complete disaster and has cost the country huge sums of money.
Surly a patriot would want the best for the country even if that doesn’t rest easy with him? With that in mind, hate preacher Farage is just an unpatriotic weasel. Traitorous even.

He doesn’t give a monkeys about how we’re all getting on the UK. It’s just a smokescreen to suck in the gullible, like the OP, from whom he needs support. He’s part of a global right wing movement that wants to achieve power through the demonisation of racial and religious ‘others’ by promoting nationalism. Their other target is domestic institutions, as they need people to turn against the established order (“the establishment’) in a form of modern day revolution (by proxy on Twitter lol) that allows governments to remove the checks and balances provided by those institutions.
It’s mostly a sham. I don’t think Farage really subscribes to his nationalistic schtick; his partners have been foreign and his kids dual nationality. The main drivers for people like him seems to be power and influence and/or money. That guides and shapes their approach to nationalism because they see it as a means to an end.
Fk Farage, frankly. Anyone who’s driving a wedge through their home country certainly isn’t a patriot.
